Assess - Based upon the customer's specific situation and objectives, we frame the effort and how the assessment will proceed, how decisions will be made throughout, and then conduct the assessment phase using a variety of data gathering and diagnostic tools. Work is managed using team status updates to share learnings, make decisions and otherwise direct the effort. Final assessment output can include a range of items including: observations and recommendations, strategic roadmap, planning estimates (in time and money) and facilitated prioritization of recommendations and decision-making on next steps.
