IntelliThink LLC works with the leadership team to construct the roadmap based upon the needs of the organization and then to determine how to move forward.
Roadmaps can include budgetary estimates of time and money as well as facilitated discussion over the urgency of realizing specific capabilities influence which projects move forward and how. Through this discussion roadmap elements are also aligned with other organizational activities, investments and resource constraints.
